We are an architectural firm that does 95% of our work in Durban which falls under the EThekwini Municipality. The general attitude and arrogance of the staff especially in the central region is totally disgusting. The staff act as thou we they are doing the public a favour to do their jobs!! Submission, Traffic (ETA), Land Use management are all departments with staff with problems. read full review »
