eBay is fine most of the time, but their Paypal dispute period is ridiculously short. For example, I once ordered an item from Australia, which I knew would take many weeks.Usually, the disputable period of time expires before the item has sufficient time to reach its destination (worldwide shippers). It's a gamble, you either wait and see if you'll get your item, or file a dispute right before the disputable expiry date comes. Disputing with ebay/paypal every time before the expire date is reached isn't exactly a good thing... read full review »
