I keep getting spam from a UK cell number used by the SABC as a collections agency spammer. I gave my TV to my domestic worker a few years ago when I left to live in Dubai. I do not owe any money on any TV license as we didn't buy a new TV when we returned!! It is disgusting that the SABC are using UK cell numbers belonging to an agency called VVM Inc, to try to circumvent the new Consumer Protection Act recently passed in SA. This is illegal.
