I have received assurances from Rogers for the past 5 months that access to the internet has been turned off on my daughter's cell phone. For the past 5 months, I continue to receive "data" and "music" download charges. Rogers keeps claiming they have fixed the problem, but this is not true. Now I am receiving bills from Gameloft Guild - but when I phone the toll free number, they can't tell me who or how this subscription was activated.
