Moneris treats their employee's like dirt. Some employee's work very hard and others do squat. This is April 2011 and Moneris in Toronto on the 17th floor have not paid their employee's a salary increase in many years. You put in several unpaid hours a week for no recognition. The people are not managed they is always the non spoken threat of coming in and it's your last day of work.
