I am totally disgusted with whomever at this motel made the decision not to reimburse our room payment. We had booked the room to attend the funeral of a dear friend ( policeofficer ) who had been suffering from Luekemia. We then had agonising news that another close friend had died 19 yrs my sons bestfriend. And had no chance of cancelling before 24hrs. I rang and spoke with a lady from wotif and explained we had a tragedy she phoned the motorinn and they told her they were sticking by there policy.
