This is my 3rd time of entire usage period of Airtel Prepaid connection have been charged fradulantlly. Today only they have charged me Rs.15/- sayong that I have applied for Hello Tunes. On speaking to Customer Executives (Mr.Saiket Sen & Ms.Rajni Kumari) they kept me hold and disconneted the line. Ok Rs.15/ is not a big deal but I will make sure if the money is not refunded to me, I will quit AIRTEL as quick as possible. read full review »
