After numerous attempts for over two months of changing our banking details, adding our newborn son, queries regarding outstanding claims and phone calls to be returned, the consultant i finally got through to after holding the line for more than 30 minutes at a time listened to my complaint and only replied by saying that the reason for the above mentioned not being done is because they are "back logged" meaning behind with their work.
