On Saturday, 9/04/2011, I walked into the MTN store in Pavilion because I needed to purchase a cover for my Blackberry Phone. I paid for the cover and asked the lady to put it on for me, she did not know how to so she asked someone else, but he did not put it on properly, I was not happy so i politely asked if they could refund me. I was told that I had to wait 15 days for the refund; I was shocked as I had just paid for the cover.
