I recently took in my Notebook (PC) back to the supplier in question because it stopped working properly. It was taken in for service and check up and I received it the next day, I was impressed by the speedy service. The notebook (PC) repeated the same problem and I took it in to the store. I was told that since this was a repeated problem it would have to be booked in to the supplier. I was told that my problem would take ten working days o be solved.
