I receive a call from a guy from India claiming to represent Union Telecom and after convincing me that the plan has no commitment, contract and great rates like 1c a min. to India with .39 c connection fee or .4c a min with no connection fee but I have to make a refundable deposit of $39.50. Called to cancel plan 2 days later when work colleague warned me about such fraudulent companies but when I called the toll free no.
