The Endras BMW dealership, specifically the service department does not have or maintain the required skill set at the technician level to accurately diagnose and correct problems. The inability to correct diagnose or correct a problem is worrisome. Simple tasks like ensuring the tire pressure is accurate was not performed. Requests to not wash the vehicle went unheeded.
