I got an email about purchasing Microsoft office 2007 for 99.99. I went to place the order and on the confirmation screen my grand total was 109.98 but after I pressed proceed to authorize the charge changed to 214.97. I called that number at the bottom of thier page and reached customer service after holding for an hour just to be shipped around. They did nothing for me at all and I had to conact my bank.
