Expedia does not honor their website. The website said you could apply the cost of the airfare to other flights if changed prior to departure. I tried, and then they said it only applied to the SAME airline, which is nowhere on their website. They then said I would lose the value of the overage i already paid as the new ticktes were FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS less than what I paid even though I was willing to apply it to the penalty for changing flights, which I agreed to do.
