I paid for my wool sweater to be drycleaned, when i picked it up and brought it home, i discovered it had been washed instead and under the arm was a large tear and had been pulled apart, there were also several strings hanging off the sweater. I brought it back and they denied washing it even though it smelled like laundry detergent. They said they would fix it and i could pick it up in a few days.
