We went to shop at Costco this afternoon when we are already a fan of Costco. However, we met this cashier woman, Rowene, who treated us very impolitely. ( Actually, not only us, but also two old ladies in front of us!! ) Maybe she is trying to be the "QUEEN" of the cashier department, but she doesn't have good customer service skills. Hopefully, we won, t see her there anymore, or we rather have NO MORE Costco shopping!!! read full review »
