Our 15 year old daughter recently applied for a job at Tim's. At her interview, the woman interviewing her told her that it was mandatory for her to work midnight shifts. Our daughter replied that her parents would not be comfortable with that. Obviously she was not hired. If this is a company policy, it's ridiculous to make minors work midnight shifts.
