I am just copying what I emailed to their customer services dept: I fly with SAA quite often for business and never had any problems. I have never in my life experienced such inefficient behaviour from one of your telephone operators as well as an insufficient website. I have booked a ticket on line. No ID number or Passport number was ever asked for which I found strange as this was for an international flight.
