i have been using airtel from many years. surprisingly the company people have subscribed silly caller tunes and friends daily alert to my number, which i myself have not subscribed to and have deducted a good amount of my balance.and now after filling the complaints they are not even ready to refund the balance on my number. this was not expected out of a reputed company like airtel. one can easily see why are they loosing their customers. read full review »
