I applied for a loan of £2000 from wentworth direct finance they took my details and as i had no sooner hung the phone up they took a deposit of £69 out my bank account, the next day i phoned them and asked to cancel the loan as i did not need it anymore for personal reasons they told me i had to write for a full refund and i would recieve my money within 30 days. i recieved a letter saying they got my letter and would be in touch in due course of course more than 30 days later i still no not recieved my refund.
