I await to get an explanation as to what Rochas Okorocha, APGA gubernatorial aspirant was doing with electoral result sheets on Saturday, 9Th April, 2011 in one of the polling booths. Has he become a returning officer for INEC? Was he meant to be in that booth? What was he doing with the result sheets? What was he doing with the youth corpers and the INEC offial?
