I had availed the Airtel DTH Connection around 2 years back while I was at Delhi NCR. I recently shifted to Kolkata (West Bengal) and thereafter I have been chasing the DTH customer care over mail and telephone for re-installation of the DTH device but there has been no response from Airtel about this.
