Hotel is charging me for a room for April 3rd, 2011 which I never booked. This is the 2nd time. I had booked a room in 2010 for April 3rd. At the time it was Comfort Inn. I received an email from Comfort Inn saying the hotel had changed hands and if I would like to cancel I should contact the new hotel directly. I called Detroit Regency hotel directly and cancelled the room. I had both the confirmation numbers(booking and cancellation) I noticed a charge of $108.96 on my Mastercard bill on April 16th 2010.
