I would like to bring your attention to a rogue manager at the Canadian Tire in Castlegar that doesn't know when to use common sense. Today, I refused to turn in my small backpack to store behind the counter while I shopped, while my vehicle was getting repaired. My pack has many valuables in it, like my passport, chequebook, medicines, and my daily planner.
