We moved out of our home in December, phoned direct energy to give our forwarding address to mail the final bill to. When we never received a bill from Direct energy in the month of December, I phoned about the bill to the customer relations department the agent on the other and of the phone declared that I did not have an account with them, and the account that we had previously held with them was paid in full.
