My name is Robert Horsley, On February 24, 2011 I took delivery of a 2008 750 Li BMW from Rick Hendrick BMW in Charlotte, NC. Within days, I began to experience problems with this vehicle, such as hearing a squeaking noise when applying pressure to the brakes, and a faulty TPM reset lite. I made several attempts to reset the lite, however it was unsuccessful.
