I have been a long time Easyhome customer with no problems at all HOWEVER, I moved to another province and went to rent a bed again from them... they had all my info in their computer and could even tell me what I had rented in the past and when, but when it came to getting another bed from them they said that they had no idea how much equity I had put into the bed (duh?!?! it's in your computer) so they just randomly picked an amout... knocked off a few weeks at the end of the rental term.
