I purchassed a faucet from the Light In ZThe Box company over 1 month ago. Before buying the item I was on an online chat with a sales associate asking some questions. They told me that the item would fit my sink with no problem. When the item arrived the item did not fit, and I could not get a part to make it fit anywhere.
