I cannot believe McAfee Antivirus endorses this company and connects you with them for technical issues. They are of course in India, and your complaints are given to their "claims department", who will contact you in 7-8 business days to process your refund. I got on the phone and called my credit card company, reported the fraud, and closed the account before $179.00 was charged for nothing!! The guy online did not fix my computer!!
