ICICI's money2India website is not working properly. I have sent emails to them again and again. They give the same standard response and have not taken any action. Every time I log in with legitimate user ID and password, it asks me to change password and after that when I log in with the new password, it says "password incorrect". They are also asking me to delete all cookies and temporary files and then wait 10 minutes for changes to occur! Where do you want 10 minutes for this change?
