I encountered extremely rude customer service in dealing with an "senior representative", a middle-aged man who works at Wizard Optical Centre in Nelson Place. I believe his name is Mr. Carr. The other woman and younger man there were very personable so my complaint is only with this man who has already been suspended by the Opometry Association for poor customer service.
