Eastern Refinishing refinished our tub in late 2009 and by early 2011, it was already peeling while it was still under warranty. I called the company and it took several attempts to get them to set up a repair appt. with Levi. They set one appt. and Levi never showed. I called the following week to set another appt. and, again, Levi never showed, even though I had called the Friday before to confirm and was assured, he would be there.
