My name is Brett and I had a tv that stopped working about a month ago. I took it to video refit in winnipeg, and visions on regent told me they were going to replace my tv with a samsung plasma which of course was not in stock, no big surprise there as I read a couple of complaints on the internet, of the round around that other customers got in the same situation.
