Deposit had been with held from us even though van was returned with no extra damage and the same level if fuel!!! Do not pay them up front over the Internet, they have no customer service they wouldn't know what that means. And 1000 telephone calls will get you nowhere but a big circle and extra money for their 0845 number!! We will probably have to take them to small claims court.
