Sir, On 18th Apr 11 between 0530 to 0600 pm one girl named Savita from your HDFC Bank branch Credit card division told me that bank is proving Star Package + Health Insurance of 10 Lakhs by giving total near about Rs.8500/- one time for 3 persons (myself, wife and daughter) for life long facility. Then she told me to confirm the process by giving credit card details and address for despatching Insurance papers but that girl told me that i have to pay premium every year.
