Customer ID 3000844150 We are having Airtel DTH connection with south value pack. Recently, some of the tamil channels were not able to viewed. Then we added those channels by paying extra cost for it. Now we wanted to add “Movies Now” channel and subscribed for that, by paying its cost on 16/04/11. But till now (19-04-11) we have not resumed that channel and the “ERROR NO.:SM2” was showing in TV. I had contacted customer service no.18001028080 several times.
