Dear Sir/Madam, Hereby I'd like to ask for your help in solving an issue with charging for a service, what did not work. We tried to download an automatic software refresher on a Blackberry while being in Berlin, to be able to see/view attachments in emails (word, excel, etc.) - as the telecomms company is Vodafone in Hungary, but the service did not work in Berlin so that's why the refresher started automatically.
