I recently join Goodlife Fitness, downtown Ottawa location. I have nothing bad to report as far as payments/staff/equipment is related. My issue is the men's change room. Its TERRIBLE. I've been there 5 months now and nothing has been done. Mind you, they did upgrade the Sauna. The toilet area of the change room is disgusting, it is always dirty, the air filtration is nasty.
