Dear sir, I am Uma Dey, My account no. is 00300100014675 Branch –patipukur. BANK OF BARODA, Kolkata Last month I was purchased tow e-tickets through internet banking, that facilities was provided by your bank, but for my personal problem, I was cancelled that both tickets, IRCTC said they refund that amount to my bank, but as per my account statement that amount was not returned to my account. Dear Sir, I am a citizen of india, My home town is Jamshedpur, by proffession i am a lawyer . i always respect law and rule of our great constitution. last year October 1st 2010, i was applied for passport, all supportive documents i was submitted, all fees for passport i was submitted that time, CID verification was done in november 2010.
