Michelle van [email protected] I have tried to get this issue sorted for the past 3 weeks and my concern is that I will be billed for an additional month because of the provider not taking the incorrect renewal off my account. Surely, it is just a matter of clicking a button? I am at my wits end trying to get this issue resolved. One would think that after 3weeks of investigating this issue that Iburst would have found the employee who did this, as I did not SIGN any renewal nor for a receiving a new modem.
