I used the Name Your Own Price feature for a hotel in a certain area with a certain star level. Since this was my first time using Name Your Own Price, before I clicked the button to submit I did a chat session with Priceline to make sure the hotel would be in the area we wanted. Priceline gave me a hotel that was not in their list and looks like a dive! I phoned Priceline to try to get this hotel cancelled and they refuse.
