Dear Sir/Madam, I am consumer of Rani Bagh Gas Service.My consumer No is RP-16229. I booked for refilling on IVRS NO. 9911554411 on 12-4-2011 which was cancelled on 15-4-2011 without assigning any reason. I booked on 16-4-2011 through on line. Again I contacted, telephonically, Rani Bagh Gas Service & i was assured of booking of a refilling.I was informed of generation of cash memo 7400 and i was informed that cylinder will be delivered shortly through SMS on 18-04-2011.
