I am appalled by how I was treated by customer service. I am surprised they even have a cust9omer service line when they are incapable of offering customer service to their clients. I have been a client with multiple lines for many years. I am ready to switch mobile companies. Let's just say, they are extremely nice at first, to lure you in a 3 year contract. After they have you locked in a contract, they dismiss you and are rude.
