With the purchase of our new home came free Rogers phone and internet for a year, as we have been customers of bell for more than 20 years we were fully intending on returning to Bell once our one year free service was up, that is until we called to cancel. The representative informed us that there would be a cancellation fee without a 30 day notice. As I had my bill handy I pointed out to him that nowhere on it does it state that.
