we had entered in to a contract for buying PVC RESIN(USD 780 per Mt x 18Mt) and they had sent me some material similar to chalk powder which has no value in India. Now Ms.cloris lee, does not pick up the phone and reply me emails. Let me know what any body can do on this to get my USD 15, 000.
