I received a letter from Honda India dated February by courier, a few days ago only in end April, ( why it took two months to get to me by courier I dont know) asking for me to fix a date with the authorised service centre to change a part that we know is faulty in the Honda City which i purchased in 2009 December. I gave my car in for regular servicing only last month in March and was very surprised to find that the part was not changed.
