Just Letting Centurion East

I recently signed a Rental lease Agreement with Just Letting Centurion East for renting a unit as of the 1st February 2010. The necessary monies paid over consisting of the deposit, rental, admin costs & Electricity deposit. However since the 28/01/2010 I have been trying to no avail to contact the estate agent, in obtaining the key to the unit. I am rather upset with the service from CellC. On the 26th February 2009, I took out a control chat contract. However 6th day into the contract I had a problem with the handset a Samsung D9001 which was handed into the store (Mall @ Reds) for repairs or swopping of handset as it was within the 7day guarantee period. To date no correspondence has been received. On Saturday (11.04.09) I go into the store to find out the status of my handset, and told sorry it’s not repaired or replaced.
