Be ready to have no life no sick days and no family emergencys. I just moved here from montreal and this year happen to be the year where bad news just kept rolling in. My mother in law was diagnose with cancer so I had to go and help around the house. Then a couple months later my nephew 2yr old had brain cancer and had to leave for a couple more days.
