I had a very bad experience after getting a Samsung Netbook. My wife gifted me a Samsung Netbook (ZxA793LZc00416Z) on Valentine's day, this year (2011). There was an option of getting a full screen on pressing F11. I pressed F11 while I was browsing and the key remained pressed.
