On March 19th I ordered a large leaf copper pendant for my wife’s birthday that is April 2 from Crystal Cradle Inc. I received an order confirmation saying it was due to arrive March 29th, which would have been perfect timing. However, there was nothing but problems after that! For starters, they didn’t actually ship my order until March 28th!!! I received an email saying so on the 29th and that it would arrive on March 31 along with a tracking number.
